Konflikt, (Conflict), is a 6 minute short film that re-enacts just about every boy’s childhood wargame fantasies—including the delicate operation of dealing with the dissonance that arises as one friend’s expectations don’t match the other’s imagination.

Explosives, gunfire, smoke and stuff were filmed in front of black background and are real. You can buy this stuff on the internet (and usually download some of it for free) or make your own at home Then you put it in After Effects (or Sony Vegas in this case) or other software and get rid of the black background by chroma keyer or other function… Starwars visual FX (lightsabres, laser shots) where painted frame by frame in After Effects.
