“thirtheen moveyous” by Jonathan Bachrach

Jonathan Bachrach is currently a research scientist and artist at the
MIT AI Lab studying sensor networks, robotics, multimedia, programming languages, and new artistic platforms. Before MIT, he held postdocs at Stanford and UC Berkeley, and was a researcher at IRCAM in Paris, developing new musical platforms. He holds a PhD in Computer Science from U Mass Amherst in the area of adaptive motor control. His artwork comprises an artistic and scientific examination of mind, body and society. He explores the intersection of sensor motor modalities and the challenges and mysteries of motor control, perception, representation, and emergent phenomena.
