45.000 , 15 , 6000 , 35.900.000.000 :

45.000 : number of Congolese dying each month because of war, diseas and malnutrition. In the past decade, war and its aftermatch have caused 5.400.000 deaths in the Democratic (!) Republic of Congo, a figure equivalent to the entire population of Denmark. You wonder why Hitler and Stalin became so famous???

15 $ : Average per person health-care spending in Congo each year.

6.000 $ : Average per person health-care spending in U.S. each year.

35.900.000.000 $ : Amount Americans spent on their pets (!!!!) last year.

what do you conclude…?  World health, global warming, ‘peace on earth’, X-mas wishes, … it’s all a far away from my bed show, isn’t it?
